Acceptable Use Policy

The permitted and prohibited uses of the Neuron Workflows platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the Neuron Workflows platform at goneuron.io. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents of any third party
  • Upload, transmit, or generate malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through workflows or agents
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner without prior written consent
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein
  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

3. Agent Store Publishing Standards

If you publish agents to the Agent Store, you must additionally comply with the following:

  • Agents must not contain harmful, misleading, deceptive, or malicious functionality
  • Agents must not collect user data beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose of the agent
  • Agent descriptions and metadata must accurately represent the agent's functionality
  • Agents must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Agents must not be designed to circumvent platform security, usage limits, or credit systems

4. AI and Content Generation

When using AI features within the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before use
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and we make no guarantees regarding their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose
  • You must not use AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws or this AUP
  • You must not use AI features to generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
  • You must comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI model providers whose models are accessed through the Service

5. Resource Usage

You must not engage in activities that disproportionately burden the Service's infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • Running excessively large or resource-intensive workflows designed to consume platform resources without a legitimate business purpose
  • Attempting to exploit the credit system, including manipulating free signup credits through multiple accounts
  • Using automated tools to repeatedly trigger workflows for the purpose of degrading service performance

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to support@greenletter.tech. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. Actions may include, without limitation:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Removing or disabling offending content or agents
  • Suspending or terminating your account
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
  • Pursuing legal remedies

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
