By accessing or using the Neuron Workflows platform ("Service") at goneuron.io, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Green Letter Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of Neuron Workflows.

Neuron Workflows is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets you design, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents on a visual, drag-and-drop canvas. Workflows are composed of "neurons", functional nodes that fetch data, run AI models (text, image, audio, transcription), transform outputs, and deliver results. The platform includes an Agent Store where users can publish, discover, and install pre-built agents.

The Service may offer various pricing models, including credit-based pay-per-use and subscription plans, as determined by us from time to time. Details of the currently available pricing options are described on our Pricing page.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

To access the Service, you must create an account using one of the sign-in methods we offer (e.g., third-party authentication providers such as Google). By registering, you agree to:

Neuron Workflows offers pricing options that may include credit-based usage and subscription plans. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you run workflows, execute AI models, or use Agent Store agents. Subscription plans, where available, may provide access to features or usage allowances on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s).

The Agent Store allows users ("Creators") to publish AI agents and other users to install and run them. By publishing an agent to the Store, Creators agree to the following:

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out detailed rules regarding permitted and prohibited uses of the platform, Agent Store publishing standards, AI content generation, and resource usage. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a violation of these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data, are the exclusive property of Green Letter Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

You retain ownership of any data, workflows, or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your data. We do not use your content to train, develop, or improve AI or machine learning models.

For agents published to the Agent Store, you grant us an additional license to display, distribute, and make the agent available to other users as described in Section 6.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the use of the Service. Green Letter Technologies will not disclose your business data to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN LETTER TECHNOLOGIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI model outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs generated through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREEN LETTER TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Green Letter Technologies in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Letter Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any agent you publish to the Agent Store.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits and any remaining subscription period are non-refundable upon termination for cause. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
