1. Pricing Model
Neuron Workflows offers pricing options that may include prepaid credits and subscription plans, as described on our Pricing page. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed on a per-use basis. Subscription plans, where available, may involve recurring charges at the frequency you select. The specific pricing options available to you are displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Complimentary Credits
New accounts may receive complimentary signup credits at our discretion. These credits are provided free of charge and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Purchases
Neuron Workflows may offer credit-based and subscription-based purchase options. The following terms apply:
- Credits, when purchased, are added to your account immediately upon successful payment and do not expire while your account remains active
- Subscription plans, where available, provide access to features or usage allowances for the duration of the billing period
- Credits and subscription entitlements are non-transferable between accounts (except through Agent Store royalty mechanisms)
- Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region or plan
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Rule
All purchases are non-refundable once the purchased credits or subscription access has been successfully provisioned to your account. Credits and subscription access are digital goods available for immediate use, and completed transactions are considered final.
4.2 Eligible Refunds
A monetary refund may only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Your payment was processed (money deducted) but the purchased credits or subscription access was not provisioned to your account due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing system error
4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@greenletter.tech within 7 days of the disputed charge. Please include your account email address, the transaction details, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
4.4 Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refund requests are reviewed manually by our team. Processing times vary by bank and payment method (typically 5-10 business days after approval).
5. Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your account, any remaining purchased credits and active subscription access will be forfeited. We recommend using your credits and completing your subscription period before requesting account deletion. No refunds are issued for unused credits or remaining subscription time upon voluntary account deletion.
6. Account Termination by Us
If your account is terminated by Green Letter Technologies due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining credits or active subscription period.
7. Credit Usage and Platform Errors
Credits are consumed when you run workflows or agents. If a workflow or agent execution fails due to a platform-side error after credits have already been deducted, the platform may automatically restore the consumed credits to your account balance. This is an internal credit adjustment and not a monetary refund. Credit adjustments for platform errors are made at our sole discretion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
