Credits & pricing

Credit-based pricing. Pay only for what you use, with no subscription or seat fees.

Neuron uses credits for all AI work on the platform. You buy credits when you need them and pay only for what you use, with no subscription or seat fees. Prices are shown in your country's currency.

Add credits

1. Open the profile menu at the right of the top bar and click Add Credits.
2. The first time, confirm your country. Prices and currency follow it. See Promo codes, refunds and currency.
3. Under Select Credit Package, pick a package, or type an amount under Or Enter Custom Amount. The page shows the lowest and highest amount you can pay, and how many credits you will receive.
4. Optionally, open Have a promo code? and apply a code.
5. Click Add Credits (the button shows the amount you pay).
6. Fill in or pick your Billing Address. A complete address is needed for receipts and tax records, and it is saved for next time.
7. Pay in the payment window. Your new balance shows as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Payment methods

Pay by credit or debit card, net banking, UPI or wallet. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

What credits pay for

Credits pay for AI work, images and audio, actions in connected apps, and agents from the Agent Store. See Credits & usage for what uses credits and where to see it.

An AI neuron's cost per run depends on its model. Auto is the default. Picking a smaller model in DO › Model usually costs fewer credits.

Common problems

Confirm your country to see pricing

Prices depend on your country. Confirm it when asked, and the packages appear.

Pricing unavailable

The prices couldn't be loaded. Check your connection and click Retry.

Payment verification failed

The payment went through but couldn't be confirmed. Check your balance and your Transactions page; if the credits are missing, contact support.

Maximum amount

The custom amount is above the highest amount you can pay at once. Enter a smaller amount, or buy twice.
