Profile & preferences

Change your name, picture and username, see where you're signed in, and set the theme, time zone and time format.

Your Profile holds your account details, your sign-in and security settings, and your preferences for how the app looks and shows times. Open it from the profile menu at the right of the top bar: click your name, then Profile.

Your name and picture

1. On the Profile card, click Edit.
2. Change First Name and Last Name.
3. Click Save Changes.

To change your picture, click it (Change profile picture), pick a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP image, and save it.

The card also shows your Email, Member Since and Country. Your country is set once, with Confirm country here or when you first open Add Credits; see Promo codes, refunds and currency.

Your username

You can change your username once a year. It may use lowercase letters, numbers, dots, underscores and dashes, and must be 3 characters to 30 characters long.

1. Click Change username.
2. Type the new username. The page checks it as you type and says Username is available or Username is not available.
3. Click Update.

Security

• Two-Factor Authentication and Password show Not available. They are not offered for accounts that sign in with another service.
• Web sessions lists the devices and browsers signed in to your account, with This device marked. Click Sign out on a device to sign it out, or Log out everywhere else to sign out every other device.
• Connected accounts shows the account you sign in with.

Preferences

Under Preferences:

• Theme: Light, Dark or System Default (follows your device). The theme changes right away. On the canvas, the light / dark button in the top bar switches it too.
• Time zone: used for times shown in the app, and as the starting time zone when you create a recurring schedule.
• Time format: 12-hour or 24-hour.
• Interactive tours: Reset all tours clears your tour progress, so the tours show again, including the canvas introduction the next time you open the canvas.

Click Save preferences to keep your changes.

Limits

• Profile picture: up to 5 MB.
• Username: at least 3 characters and at most 30 characters. You can't type more than the maximum.

Common problems

Username has not changed

The username you typed is the one you already have. Type a different one.

The picture is rejected

Use a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP image no larger than the limit above.

I can't change my password

Password and two-factor settings are not available for accounts that sign in with another service.

A device I don't recognise is signed in

Under Web sessions, click Sign out on that device, or Log out everywhere else.
